You can easily spend more than a week in Belgrade and still find new corners to explore.

However, Novi Sad is also very interesting. In our opinion, the best-case scenario is to stay in Belgrade and visit Novi Sad on a day trip. Novi Sad is small enough that you can easily explore it for a whole day, but the same cannot be said for Belgrade.
